The main skill crops the exact range and splits it into scenes; sub-skills reconstruct layouts as live text and SVG, measure each element's motion into curves, and run fidelity QA, with two correction rounds at most. Clone and run the install script; needs Node.js 20+, Python 3, FFmpeg and Chrome.
