A 3D animated character, an armored fighter with a glowing red eye and a flowing cape, moves through a desolate, futuristic cityscape in ruins. The character runs on glowing blue energy rails, engages in combat with sparks, and deploys an energy shield. The camera follows the character's movement, capturing dynamic action shots. The lighting is overcast and muted, with vibrant blue and orange accents from the energy rails and character's armor, creating a gritty and action-packed mood. Keep the visible setting and background consistent throughout the scene.
