This policy explains what Potto AI collects when you use the site, why we collect it, and the choices you have.
What we collect
Account details (name, email address and sign-in method), prompts, uploaded images, documents, audio or video materials, source URLs, brand names, logos and style settings, generated images, video scripts, storyboards and exports, credit and payment records, and technical logs such as IP address, browser and device information.
How we use it
To run the generations you ask for, keep your account and credit balance accurate, take payments, prevent abuse, answer support requests and keep the service reliable.
Your creative content and materials
To carry out your requests, relevant prompts, images, source materials and brand information are processed by our AI providers, including Google for images and narration and Anthropic for video text and planning. Source URLs you submit may be retrieved and processed to prepare your project. Your uploads and results are not automatically listed in public galleries, on any plan. Anyone with a media link can access that file. You can separately enable or disable a video sharing page; disabling that page does not revoke existing file links. We do not train our own models on your content.
Who else sees it
Service providers operate parts of Potto AI: Stripe for payments (we never see your full card number), Google for sign-in, images and narration, Anthropic for video text and planning, Cloudflare for delivery and storage, and an email provider for account emails. Shared video pages can be viewed by people with their links, and media files can be accessed by people with their file links. We also disclose information when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep your content and records while your account is active. You can ask us to delete your account and its data at any time by emailing us.
Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to remember your language. We collect page performance figures in aggregate.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct, export or delete your personal data. Email us and we will respond as soon as we can.
Children
Potto AI is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes to this policy
When we change this policy we update the date at the top. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
