By creating an account or using Potto AI you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
The service
Potto AI lets you generate and edit images and create product-demo and explainer videos from text, uploaded materials, brand kits and source URLs. Videos combine motion templates, images, narration, captions and music. Features, models and limits can change as the service evolves.
Your account
Give us accurate information and keep your sign-in details safe. You are responsible for activity under your account.
Credits and subscriptions
Generations and tools use credits, and the cost is shown before you submit. If a task fails, the credits held for it are returned automatically. Subscriptions renew until you cancel them from the Billing page, and the price and period are shown when you subscribe.
Your content
You are responsible for the prompts, images, documents, videos, source URLs, logos and brand materials you submit and must have the right to use them. Review generated images, scripts, narration and video exports before relying on or publishing them. You are responsible for the content you share and for having permission to publish the materials it contains.
Acceptable use
Do not use Potto AI to break the law, infringe other people's rights, create sexual content involving minors, deceive people by impersonating others, harass anyone, or attack, overload or bypass the limits of the service (including with automated tools).
Availability
We work to keep Potto AI running but provide it as is and cannot promise it will always be available or error free.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, Potto AI is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service.
Ending your use
You can stop using Potto AI at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.
Changes to these terms
When we change these terms we update the date at the top. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.
