Read before you pay

  • The monthly equivalent of annual plan pricing is a comparison, not a monthly charge. Read the annual total and renewal period in checkout.
  • Queue priority does not promise a processing deadline. Not being listed in public galleries is not a claim of complete privacy.
  • No added Potto watermark does not remove a mark that is already in an uploaded image.

What your credits cover

Each row spends one monthly balance on one kind of work, so the counts are alternatives, not allowances you can add together. The pricing quote for your own request appears before you confirm it.

Four outputs are candidates to review, not four approved assets. Video pricing follows the saved project, so a longer sequence, narration or extra illustrations change the total.

Pricing FAQs

  1. What are Potto AI credits?

Credits are the balance you spend on image generation, editing tools and video exports. Each request is priced on the server from the actual model, settings or saved project, and the quote appears before you confirm. While a task runs its credits are reserved; they are settled when it succeeds and released when it fails or is cancelled.

  2. What is the difference between a plan and a credit pack?

A plan is a recurring subscription with its stated billing period and entitlements. A credit pack is one purchase of the stated credits without subscription entitlements. Current pack pricing is US$50 for 5,000 credits and US$100 for 15,000. They do not receive the annual discount.

  3. Are annual plans charged each month?

No. Pro annual is US$480 and Max annual is US$960, charged for the annual period. Their US$40 and US$80 monthly equivalents are comparisons. Annual credits are issued together, 60,000 for Pro and 180,000 for Max, and stay valid for 12 months. Check the checkout total, annual pricing and renewal period before paying.

  4. Do credits expire?

Yes. Every batch of credits stays valid for 12 months from the day it is added to your account, whether it comes from a monthly plan, an annual plan, a credit pack, the sign-up bonus or check-in rewards. When you spend credits, the batch that expires first is used first. Billing shows the date your next batch expires, and expired credits appear in the credit history.

  5. Do the image and video counts add together?

No. Each count assumes the whole balance is spent on one kind of work, so spending credits on images leaves fewer for videos and other tasks. The video examples also assume a specific length, narration and number of illustrations. The quote for your own request is the number to rely on.

  6. Can I preview and edit a video before export?

Yes. Previewing and editing a video project are free; credits are used only when you export, and the export shows a quote based on the saved project first. Generating images works differently: each image needs an account and enough credits when you generate it.

  7. How do renewal and cancellation work?

A subscription recurs at its listed pricing on its billing interval until you cancel it. Open Billing to review the subscription, payment method, invoices and available changes, and confirm the effective date it shows. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. It does not reverse a payment already made, so it is not an automatic refund of a completed period.

  8. Why is my available balance lower than my total?

When work is accepted, credits can be reserved for that task so the same amount is not spent on another request at the same time. A successful task settles its reserved amount, and a failed or canceled task releases it. Check active tasks and the transaction record before assuming credits have disappeared. A completed result you do not like is not recorded as a failed task.

  9. What should I include when I ask about a charge?

Say whether it concerns a purchase, an image task or a video export, then include the approximate time, the account used and the invoice or task reference. If a payment looks complete but the credits are missing, check the billing record before buying again. Never send passwords, API keys, full card details or authentication codes.
